About this event
Tenth Intervention performs two world premieres: I get awfully lonely when I'm ignored ... by Anthony R. Green and a collaborative work [if a wolf should come out of the forest] written by Kyra Sims (text) and Lainie Fefferman, Dorian Wallace, and Evan Williams (music). [if a wolf should come out of the forest] is a work for chamber ensemble and narrator, inspired by Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf, that retells the story from the perspective of an ostracized she-wolf. The performance will also include an art installation by young artists.
I get awfully lonely when I'm ignored ... written for piano and violin by Anthony R. Green examines murder in 4 movements, questioning its role in today's society while challenging the significance of pop culture's manipulative tactics.
