Are you exercising a certain way which creates trigger points that are not going away? Or, do you have chronic tightness in your back, chest, hips, arms, or legs that is simply annoying?

If so, this is for you! Come pick up powerful tennis ball techniques from a neuromuscular therapist. We will find your trigger points, test them, and learn how to 'untangle' them with a tennis ball. And of course, you get to keep the prize - the tennis ball and a much needed relief. You will be rolling on that ball for most of the hour so bring your water bottles with you.
