About this Event

Join Danielle Kurtz for a virtual Yin Yoga practice to tune into the subtle aspects of you. Nourish your energetic system with a slow-paced practice of longer held poses and gentle movements. Bring a state of balance to your nervous system so that you can show up as your best self in these moments in time.

These 60 minute practices can be taken live or sent to you as a recording to enjoy over and over again from the comfort of your own home. After registering, you will receive the Zoom link to join us.

To make this as accessible as possible, we are offering this at a pay-what-you-can scale with 25% of profits going to the COVID-19 Response Fund.
