A space to exhale, unwind and remember who you are beneath it all.

Step inside the Temple of Breath — a co-ed experience inside a beautiful 200-year-old church, where movement, music and breath help you release stress, reset your energy, and reconnect with what truly matters.

We’ll begin together in circle — arriving fully, setting intentions and letting the noise of the day melt away. This space is designed for you to feel safe, supported and ready to breathe a little deeper.

Through a gentle guided meditation and embodied movement, you’ll drop back into your body, soften tension, and open space for clarity and calm to flood in.

As the music builds, you’ll be invited to move freely — no choreography, no expectations. Just you, the beat, and your body finding its own rhythm. Let what’s been heavy shake loose, and let joy move through you again.

When the energy softens, we’ll rest into conscious connected breathwork — using the power of the breath to release what’s been stuck, recharge your system and invite in peace, creativity, and abundance.

We’ll close in stillness and integrationgrounded, open, and refreshed, with a new sense of clarity, lightness, and connection.

This is your space to come home —
to your body, your joy, and your breath.

No prior experience with yoga, dance, or breathwork is needed — simply bring your curiosity, your breath, your open heart and your willingness to feel.

What to Bring

Yoga mat or blanket
Water bottle
Journal + pen (for post-journey reflections)
Comfortable clothes you can move and sweat in
• Optional: small altar item (crystal, stone, or something meaningful to you)
An open heart and a willingness to explore

Preparation Tips

Eat lightly beforehand (no heavy meals 1–2 hours before the event)
Avoid alcohol or substances for at least 24 hours before
Bring an extra layer — after breathwork, the body temperature may drop
Come hydrated and ready to move energy
