About this event
"I am sure I can learn to lead change, I am not sure I can survive it."
For church leaders that have ever thought or sensed this within their own leadership practice while navigating change, this learning community is designed for you.
Tod Bolsinger, Executive Director of the Church Leadership Institute at Fuller Seminary's De Pree Center, and the author of Tempered Resilience: How Leaders are Formed in the Crucible of Change will be leading a three week deep dive into the core practices for forming resilience in the face of external challenges and internal resistance that holds us back: reflection and relationships, a rule of life for forming resilience, and a rhythm of leading and not leading.
Utilizing personal work through the book and study guide, combined weekly discussion, reflection on personal case studies, and real-time coaching, participants will be able to immediately begin forming the tempered resilience needed to successfully adapt to and thrive in the midst of change.
The learning community will meet on April 14, 21, and 28 from 2-3:30 PM ET via Zoom.
All attendees should read Tempered Resilience in preparation for each session of the learning community. The book and study guide can be purchased here. Use discount code MISS21 for 40% off + free shipping.
