Workshop Information:

Harassment is a specific form of discrimination. It is unwelcome behavior, based on a protected status, which is sufficiently severe or pervasive to create an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment for academic pursuits, employment, or participation in university-sponsored programs or activities. This “interactive” session will provide you with scenarios of “harassing type behavior” and an opportunity to dialogue. Workplace Conduct is an action that occurs every day within an organization, good or bad. We will have an exciting discussion regarding various types of conduct related behavior which can create a “great working environment”, as well as conduct which could potentially create a “hostile working environment”. Want suggestions? Want to share? This is the sessions for you!
