Event description

Description

KinderCare Education presents The Children's Book Bank's benefit event of the year Tell Me a Story, a storytelling evening for grownups featuring bestselling author, Mockingbird comic creator, and former Oregonian columnist Chelsea Cain. Hear Chelsea and seasoned storytellers such as B. Frayn Masters, creator and host of the Back Fence PDX live storytelling series, tell funny, poignant, personal tales based on the prompt "a book that changed my life!"

Doors open at 6pm for drinks, pizza, and a silent auction. Join us for a rousing time and raise your paddle to support our mission of getting books into the hands and homes of children who desperately need them!

Tickets include one drink ticket and one slice of pizza. Beer, wine, soda, and pizza available for purchase. Purchase reserved seats to ensure seats together! Doors open at 6pm, stories begin at 7pm.

Limited ADA accessibility.
