Do you spend time and money marketing your business but sometimes fail to maximise your leads?

In this workshop we will cover the essentials of making a great outgoing sales call. We will discuss why selling over the phone is so more effective than email and examine the psychology of why people buy off others.

We will talk about the `phone phobia` phenomenon and learn practical skills to overcome this as well as learning techniques to build great rapport with your clients.

In this small interactive group you will have the opportunity to write your own sales script and learn tried and tested techniques such as open questioning techniques, negotiation tactics and closing practices.
