**************Update *************

Please make sure you read this entire update for important instructions. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email teidallas@yahoo.com.

When you are registering, make sure of the following:

1. Make sure your email that you signing up with through Eventbrite is registered to a Zoom account. (You will need to use the SAME email that you registered with on Eventbrite.) Personal emails are best for this*.

2. You will need to download and install the Zoom app; doing this will allow you to answer the required polling questions during the webinar. (Polling questions will not be seen in the web browser versions of Zoom AND attendees via the phone call option will not be eligible for CPE or CLE)

3. For those that have firewalls and or other blocking and filtering agents, please email your IT departments and have Survey Monkey AND Zoom white listed. Survey Monkey AND Zoom will be using the email you registered with; allowing you to receive proper credit and the survey for this event.

You will see multiple emails coming through after your registration. You should receive a total of two (2) emails. One will be a confirmation for Eventbrite and the other one will be a Zoom registration and corresponding link for the event webinar. If you DO NOT receive both, please email teidallas@yahoo.com. Please safeguard these emails. They will be needed to access your event. Links are individualized to your email that you registered with and will not allow different emails to view. If you need to transfer your registration to a different email, please contact teidallas@gmail.com.

To receive your CPE certificate and credit, polling answers and survey answers are required. Please note that the CPE certificates will be emailed out individually and personalized to include the appropriate credit hours per attendance approximately 24-72 hours after the completion of event AND completion of the survey. They will be coming from teidallas@yahoo.com.

*Registration for this event with personal emails does not change your email with TEI or Eventbrite. It only ensures that you will be able to receive emails via Survey Monkey and Zoom. If you would like to permanently change to use a personal email address, please email teidallas@yahoo.com AND update your email on tei.org.
