8-Week Teens Mindfulness Program
June 14th- August 2nd 4:15 pm - 5:30 pm
(Ages 12-16) **75 min workshop every Thursday Afternoon
Your Teen will walk away with the life-long tools they need to be Resilient, Confidence and Compassion!
Inspired by the Teens Mindful Based Stress Reduction Program at UCSD.

This Workshop includes:

Breathing Techniques to set them up to cope with strong emotions, and to de-stress.

Mindful Games for them to learn communication skills and new ways of having FUN!

Art Therapy to boost confidence and create a bright vision for them self!

Yoga for relaxation and confidence.

Positive Affirmations to create a strong, positive sense of self.

Mindful Eating exercise to create healthy habits.

Teacher: Breeanne Macouzet is a Holistic health practitioner, certified Yoga teacher, and children's advocate. She teaches a mindfulness curriculum in the San Diego public school system. Her custom program has proven especially effective with children with ADHD, PTSD, and behavioral disorders. Breeanne the founder of Mindfully Evolve, a passionate organization solely focused on supporting engaged parents and empowering their children through self-awareness.
