DESCRIPTION. This panel aims to inspire and inform young women through discussions on careers, trends, and innovations in technology. Panelists will share their experiences as women involved in the field of technology with a focus on the following subject areas.

DESCRIPTION: While burnout is affecting workers in all industries, IT seems to have higher rates of and causes for burnout than others. This panel aims to raise awareness of burnout, discuss solutions and promote mindfulness as a solution to deal with the feelings of fatigue and anxiety that are often caused by excessive use of technology and digital devices.
