Teen Mindfulness: 6-Week Workshop for Girls

This 6-week mindfulness workshop was created by Janina Tauro, specifically to help teens learn about mindfulness, and how they can use it to:
- improve your relationships
- increase your focus and attention
- be kinder to your SELF
- build self-awareness
During the workshop, Janina will be introducing mindfulness, and engaging your teen in activities that can help them learn and apply a mindfulness practice to their everyday life.
Activities will include:
- guided imagery
- breathwork & breathing exercises
- self-expression through art and music
- body awareness
This is a closed group for girls ages 15y-17y. Come prepared by: dressing comfortable, having an open mind, share your opinions/feelings/questions, and most importantly, be ready to just have fun!
