Teen Initiative Program
The Teen Initiaitive Program (TIP) is derived from the need to address the underlying issues negatively impacting youth ages 11-21 residing in Monroe. The program will focus on establishing a set of values that emphasizes faith beyond circumstance, continuous learning and education, and giving back to the community. This will result in increasing high school graduation rates, providing opportunities for accelerated learning, and decreasing the number of youth involved in delinquent activities. The skills learned through TIP will be the foundation in which youth can begin the necessary steps to leading a productive life and becoming self-sufficient.
