Event description
This FREE, impactful evening of discussion will not only be informative but packed with guest speakers, breakout sessions, & Q&A panelists!

About this Event

RCG Behavioral Health Network, in collaboration with The Faison Center, would like to help you jumpstart your 2020 by offering a Teen and Young Adult Transition Forum. Come join us as we live out our commitment of supporting you on your journey called “'life”!

This FREE, impactful evening of discussion will not only be informative but packed with a Q&A panel of influential members of the transition community and breakout roundtable discussions with some of the invited guests. We would like to invite you to come and get educated on ways you can help improve the lives of teens and young adults with disabilities not only with services but with information on the new updates for 2020, opportunities for collaboration, new programs, resources, and even financial literacy.

Transitioning our role as parents of special abilities adolescents to parents of special abilities adults can come with many challenges and fears. We want to help families understand how to maneuver this a little easier.

We will explore how transition assessment and planning, as well as collaborative partnerships can be leveraged to support those transitioning out of high school in developing and meeting their postsecondary goals. This year's forum includes a wide array of break out sessions, providers and other community partners in the field.

Come and gain helpful resources from our exhibitors on mental health, insurance, and much more! Refreshments will be provided; space is filling up so register today!

Light refreshments will be served
