What innate or acquired abilities allow individuals, communities, businesses and environments to sustain? In this salon event we will take a look at different traits and techniques that enable long-term sustainability at the personal level, within communities and businesses, and on environmental scales as well. Join us for an engaging program that incorporates art and interactivity and looks at sustainability from a variety of different perspectives - including ones you've likely never considered before.

About the organizer

Hoosier Women in Tech (HooWiT) is a program of the Humanetrix Foundation, Inc., a Bloomington-based nonprofit seeking to mobilize Midwest technologists to improve themselves and their communities. The HooWiT monthly forums aim to encourage women working in local tech companies to network with each other, STEM-focused higher education students to learn about tech careers from local women in tech, and tech companies to be able to meet prospective job candidates who may have skills needed in their companies.
