With 30 years in the capital markets, Ed Cesare has accumulated experience in a broad spectrum of banking and investment formats. His background includes asset-based lending and mezzanine, equity and venture capital. Over his career Ed has established a strong track record of returns. He has served as a line manager and board member in both public and private companies and can provide essential intellectual capital in support of strategic development and fiscal management.

Ed is a past President of the Board of Trustees of King School in Stamford, Connecticut and remains an advisor to the Board. During his term as President, the School was able to achieve an impressive list of accomplishments in the areas of advancement, board development and general governance. This experience, along with his service as a board member in the for-profit sector enable Ed to offer valuable governance consulting services to both non-profit and for-profit organizations through PleiadConsulting.

Ed is also an avid sailor and ocean racer. He is Managing Director and Co-Skipper of PleiadRacing, a professional sailboat race team that provides a highly cost effective marketing tool to its sponsors in the Wellness Economy as well as to pro bono clients. He is a Flag Officer of the Norwalk Yacht Club and a frequent speaker on ocean weather, navigation and race tactics.
