Technology Night: Intro to Coding - Ozbots and Scratch
TECHNOLOGY NIGHTS are faciliated by and occur in the Winthrop University Instructional Technology Center. All events are free, but are limited to 15 participants. Registration opens first for Partnership Network personnel (see the Partnership Network school sites listing) so pay close attention to specified dates. Sessions with less than five participants maybe cancelled.
December 12th is INTRO TO CODING - OZBOTS AND SCRATCH! Use colored pens and paper to get started coding using “Ozobots” and then learn how to code using the “Scratch Jr.” app on the iPad. Then, brainstorm effective curriculum integration ideas.Those attending are entered into a drawing for a FREE Scratch Programming book!
