Technique: Three Ways to Prepare Fish

Fish. We’re supposed to eat more of it, yet many of us are intimidated by cooking it. In this class, we’ll learn and taste three ways of preparing three different kinds of fish: Broiling salmon, sautéing branzino and roasting cod. The fish will be paired with fresh pea purée and mushroom and haricots verts succotash. Includes the class, recipes and a three-course meal paired with wine.
