Description

This class will show start to finish techniques for everything involved in preparing chicken. From the beginning we will break down a chicken a number of different ways including spatchcocking. Different ways to season will be demonstrated like brining, and dredging for frying. We will show four different cooking techniques: Sous Vide, Frying, Roasting, and Confit, all of which you'll be able to taste first hand.

Attendees will be able to buy shop products at a discount after the class.
