Tech Yeah!: Using AI to Scale Pilots into Products

By P3+Uplift

Overview

Join us for another Tech Yeah! event as Eric Rhea shares how v0.app went from prototype to cross-functional impact.

Join us at P3+Uplift (Professional Project Partners, Inc.) for this in-person lunch & learn event and find out what it looks like when a small pilot becomes a cross-functional force multiplier!

Principal Engineer &
AI Modernization Leader Eric Rhea will pull back the curtain on the v0 pilot and show how v0.app moved from an engineering experiment into a daily tool used across product, engineering, and teams outside of those orgs.

You’ll see a short live demo, hear real-world examples of how teams are using v0 to ship faster and reduce manual work, and learn the practical steps we took to make the pilot sticky in production environments.

We’ll cover what worked (and what we changed quickly), why adoption spread beyond the org we expected, and the concrete benefits we’re seeing in team velocity, collaboration, and operational clarity.

If you’re curious about running a high-impact pilot, designing for cross-team adoption, or turning early prototypes into trustworthy product features: this session gives you a repeatable playbook and honest lessons from the trenches.

Come hungry – lunch will be provided (menu TBD).

Parking

Guest parking is available open along the west side of our building. Spots are limited. Otherwise, there is metered parking along Walnut Street & 13th Street.
