Join us during Victoria Tech Week at Fort Tectoria for a local perspective on how AI is changing recruitment - for applicants and employers. UVic's Engineering & Computer Science Co-op team will host a panel including a Talent Advisor for BC Transit, a Senior Technical Product Manager from Workday, a Software Engineering Professor and CSC student from UVic - who are all navigating the challenges and opportunities of AI in recruitment, hiring and applying in tech. Learn what tools and techniques are being used successfully, and what challenges remain.
