The OTRADI Bioscience Incubator (OBI), PSU Business Accelerator (PSBA), and Ater Wynne LLP are partnering to bring you a comprehensive 5-part Lunch and Learn Series on:

 

IP Strategies for Bioscience, Digital Health, and Tech Companies

 

The 5-part series will cover introductory lectures and roundtable discussions regarding key technology and intellectual property issues which all startups and emerging growth companies should address in order to maximize the valuation of their company and technology. Frank X. Curci of Ater Wynne will moderate the series and provide expert advice and guidance in coordination with other speakers. 

 

Please join us for the first luncheon in our series on Wednesday, January 11, noon - 1pm. Frank X. Curci of Ater Wynne LLP will be sharing his expertise on the following topic:


Do I have IP? How do I identify it? Do I own it? 

 

The registration deadline for the January 11 luncheon is Friday, January 6.

OTRADI Bioscience Incubator

The Oregon Translational Research and Development Institute (OTRADI) is a non-profit research and economic development organization dedicated to growing Oregon’s bioscience sector.  In 2013, OTRADI launched the OTRADI Bioscience Incubator (OBI), the state’s only bioscience-specific incubator, which is now home to sixteen promising startup companies, and supports an additional 60 affiliated startups throughout the state. The OBI is filling a critical and growing need in Oregon’s expanding bioscience industry by providing labs, offices, shared equipment, essential support services, entrepreneurship programs, and mentorship for diagnostic, digital health, health IT, medical device, and therapeutics startups. Together, OTRADI and the OBI are fueling Oregon’s bioscience industry by helping to commercialize innovative research, grow successful startup companies, and create high-wage jobs in Oregon.
