Candice Faktor is a disruptive innovator with a passion for leading and growing digital businesses. Candice is the founder of Faktory Ventures, an advisory firm, helping fast companies innovate and startups scale. Candice was most recently GM at Wattpad, one of the world’s largest mobile and social content platforms with over 45MM users that raised over $70MM in VC funding. Previous to this, Candice was no stranger to innovation and entrepreneurship, she co-created Torstar Digital, one of Canada’s leading digital portfolios, where she launched and grew over 15+ mobile, social and digital businesses. Before Torstar Digital, Candice worked for Monitor Group, a boutique strategy consulting firm. Candice is a frequent speaker on innovation, tech, startups and storytelling.
