Aug. 28 Speaker Series Event

Topic: "Can Georgia Become the Tech Capital of the East Coast?"

Tech Alpharetta is proud to present Georgia’s Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan as our featured speaker for this event.

A former professional baseball player and a successful entrepreneur, Geoff Duncan graduated from Chattahoochee High School in Alpharetta, attended Georgia Tech, and spent six seasons playing baseball in the minor leagues, before his retirement from baseball in the early 2000s.

Since retiring from baseball, Geoff Duncan has been involved with multiple successful entrepreneurial ventures. He most recently served as the CEO of a healthcare tech startup, in addition to having served in Georgia’s House of Representatives.

Geoff Duncan was elected as Georgia’s Lieutenant Governor in November of 2018, and is focused on advancing Georgia to become the Technology Capital of the East Coast.  Come hear Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan's vision for how to make this happen.
