Description

You say, "I cannot come out to practice on Sunday mornings but...I want to run a half marathon, a 10-miler, or a 12-miler." How about Virtual Half Marathon/10 MIle/12 Mile Training? Train on your own time. Train just three days a week...at the times you find most convenient. Start half marathon/10 mile/12 mile training sixteen weeks before your target race. Be prepared to run three miles on your first weekend "long distance day" (LDD). Get personal training from a certified USA Track & Field endurance and Road Runners Club of America long-distance running coach. Talk with your coach by phone. Connect with your coach by text and through email. Get a training calendar personally tailored to you. Learn about form, pace, speed, tempo, cadence, diet and nutrition, course management, +Training (core, strength, flexibility, and mobility), and more.

Race entry fee is not included in your training registration fee.
