Start spring half marathon/10 mile training sixteen weeks before your target race. Train with a certified USA Track & Field endurance and Road Runners Club of America long-distance running coach. Sunday morning practices are held at the Torrey C. Brown/NCR Trail, Loch Raven Reservoir, and Canton Waterfront Park.
