The purpose of T.E.A.M is to educate, encourage and empower adolescent mothers through engagement.
The goal of T.E.A.M is to break unhealthy generational cycles of abuse, neglect, and poverty by increasing the knowledge and use of life skills among adolescent mothers in Kent County, in turn creating self-sufficient adolescent mothers who have increased feelings of empowerment to succeed.
