Invitation: We invite you to join us for a virtual training event for approved Team Associates. Priority is given for those already approved but availability for those interested or currently in the process to go as a Team Associate. The training will be in partnership with leaders from the International Mission Board and is a required part of the equipping phase of the Team Associate sending process.

Purpose: This training is designed to give you tools to help you manage the transition to life overseas and develop cross cultural skills so that you might become an effective global disciple maker overseas as part of a local church planting ecosystem.

Your Trainers: Robert and Rona Cline have lived in several countries and have more than twenty years of experience living and working cross-culturally. Robert and Rona have helped prepare mobilized Christians for living internationally in cities located in North Africa, London, South Asia, Central Asia and East Asia. Currently, Robert helps develop training for the International Mission Board.

Venue: Online meetings via a virtual platform.

Schedule: Once we receive all of the registrations, we will determine the best times for our meetings. The meetings will be shorter blocks of time and will not cover the whole day of Friday and Saturday. However, until we know that, please keep Friday, February 25 and Saturday, February 26 open. Our schedule will be based on Eastern Time (ET).
