Teaching Python in Chemistry Meeting

This is a call to all who teach Python in UK Chemistry University degrees!

You are invited to a day of sharing experiences, practices, and resources on Friday 5th of April. This will be the first meeting dedicated to mapping the teaching landscape of this subject and proposing long term projects for our budding interest network.

Timings

Please register your attendance by 25/03/2024.

A full agenda will be shared closer to the day, as our planned activities will depend on the number of attendees. Please arrive between 10:00 and 10:15. The event will be finished by 16:00.

Food

Lunch will be provided by UCL, with a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. If you have any additional dietary restrictions, please write to miguel.rivera@ucl.ac.uk to ensure that you are catered for.

Travel

Euston, St Pancras, and King's Cross station are all within walking distance of UCL. We have funding to help cover the cost of travel if your institution won't finance it. It's a limited amount, so please write to miguel.rivera@ucl.ac.uk and andrew.mccluskey@bristol.ac.uk if you are interested in this funding for further information.
