TEACHING KIDS TO LOVE
Event Information
About this Event
WHY:
Every Christian parent knows that their is a battle raging for the hearts and minds of our children today. Gen Z (born between 1995 and 2005) is the first truly Post-Christian generation in American history. Only 4% of Gen Z have a Biblical worldview and the culture is never ceasing in its attack on Christian values.
WHAT:
A Mama Bear has two primary instincts: nurturing and protecting. Women are amazing at giving their children love and physical protection. However, when it comes to the battle of ideas, it is assumed that merely being raised in a Christian environment will ensure their children’s spiritual well-being. But did you know that research shows that being raised in a Sunday School environment is actually correlated with a less Biblical worldview?!
HOW:
How do we effectively confront this issue and begin to reverse the decline in Biblical worldview among our children? Teaching Kids to Love will address this topic with meaningful answers to today's challenges.
WHO:
Lindsey Medenwaldt, executive director of Mama Bear Apologetics and a world religion specialist, will lead the Teaching Kids to Love seminar. This seminar is hosted by Child Evangelism Fellowship of Dallas.
