'Leading on Workload and Wellbeing' is the inaugural conference of the Teach Well Alliance. It is for teachers who want to take action to reduce unnecessary workload and improve the mental health and wellbeing of teaching and non-teaching staff in their schools. Arrive worried about the wellbeing of staff. Leave with strategies and an action plan.
