Ever wondered how theme parks are designed, museum exhibits created or roller coasters engineered? Ever thought, "Wow, I'd love to do that for a living, but I don't know where to start?" Then join the Themed Entertainment Association's NextGen Committee for the inaugural "TEA Talks: A NextGen Web Series" online session.

On October 7, five industry professionals with over 50 years of combined experience will define themed entertainment (it's more than just roller coasters) and share their stories on how they chose their career (or how their career chose them)! They'll also offer some tips on how, with virtually any degree, you too can have a role in this exciting field.

The Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) is a non-profit business association representing creators of compelling experiences worldwide, with members ranging from Walt Disney Imagineering to Universal Parks and Resorts to the Museum of Science and Industry to design, fabrication, engineering, writing and media production companies around the world. The purpose of the TEA's NextGen Committee is to connect students, faculty and recent graduates to the TEA's industry, organization and members, supporting and fostering the next generation of TEA members and themed entertainment industry professionals.

If you are ready to dip your toes into the themed entertainment field, or want to learn more about this exciting industry and how you can contribute to it, then this webinar is for you! Only 250 tickets are av ailable for this event, but a single registration can be shared with an entire classroom, conference room or other shared space, so please coordinate your registrations and share wherever possible. For those unable to attend, a recording will be available on the new TEA website launching this October.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
