FAQs

Who can attend?

The TCBG E&S Summit is open to all member brewery employees and Allied Trade members. Sorry, the event is not open to the public / non-members.

Do you recommend a place to stay in Bryan / College Station?

We have worked out a deal with Aloft College Station. Please click here to go to their website for a special rate for our event. We encourage all out of town guest to spend Friday night at Aloft. We are arranging for a bus to take us back and forth from Aloft to the happy hour at Blackwater Draw on Friday evening.

The special Group Rate is available until July 4, 2016, so make sure to book early to ensure the discount/ availability.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Friday - Blackwater Draw's Bryan location is located on the square in downtown Bryan. Plenty of street parking is available. Additionally, we are arranging a bus to take people from the Aloft in College Station to Blackwater Draw (and returning to the Aloft after the happy hour).

Saturday - the meeting is in the Koldus building on the Texas A&M campus. Koldus is connected to a parking garage, so parking should be pretty easy. To get to the parking garage, enter the campus on Houston St., coming from George Bush Dr (on the south side of campus). See map below.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Please do not bring beer to the Texas A&M campus. We are arranging for alcohol to be served at the event, but please do not bring your own beer on Saturday.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

If you have any questions, please contact Charles or Caroline.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes. We will be checking people in by the name of the person who purchased the ticket. There is no need to bring paper tickets to the event. Just make sure you know who registered you for the event.
