About the Speaker

Bruce Raine is an Income Tax Accountant who works primarily in Northern California. After 25 years as a Professor at California State University, Hayward (now East Bay), Bruce opened a small income tax practice to help people save money on their income taxes.

He specializes in working with self-employed individuals, small businesses and real estate investors. His belief is that most people pay too much in taxes because they don't take all the deductions that they are entitled to use. This may be from lack of knowledge of the tax laws or fear of the IRS. Bruce helps people get over both by educating his clients on the income tax laws and explaining how the IRS works.
