Description

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 (TCJA) brought significant changes to individuals and their estates, and each United States taxpayer is affected by the reform. High-net-worth individuals especially need to be well-versed on how the TCJA changes will affect their wealth. Join us for appetizers and a happy hour to revisit the Federal tax law changes from the TCJA, get updates on the latest tax reform news, and learn about the implications of the tax law changes for individuals and their estates.

Mark has more than 14 years of experience in corporate, partnership, and individual tax preparation and payroll services consulting. Mark specializes in providing tax and accounting consulting to small- to mid-sized companies in a wide variety of industries, including professional services, retail and distribution, and closely held businesses. He also provides accounting software consulting and assistance with bookkeeping, as well as tax planning and cost savings opportunities for clients.

Andrew Kremer, CPA, J.D. | Estate & Trust Partner
Andy specializes in estate and gift planning, family-owned business succession planning, and tax planning and compliance for trusts and estates. He helps clients ensure a comfortable retirement and an orderly transfer of business and property interests. Andy has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota – Duluth, as well as a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law. Andy is a member of the Minneapolis Estate Planning Council, the American Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association.
