The evening begins at 6:30pm and, over a welcome soft drink, we explore and discuss just what dishes chef will demonstrate - then the cooking begins!
The evening will be spent exploring as many techniques and cooking skills as possible. This is a hands on class, full of fun and excitement.
One meat or chicken curry, or vegetarian option, will be demonstrated. We will show you how to make perfect basmati rice, and you will then kneed your dough ready to make delicious chapattis.
We provide all the ingredients, an apron and all the utensils needed to make your perfect dishes.
At approximately 9.30pm you depart with your cooking results and all the recipe cards. Each lesson is unique and, as such, however many times you visit you will always learn new exciting skills and dishes.
This is such a great way to spend an evening, it is informal and suitable for all cooking abilities.
