Please join us for the premiere of Tatia's Story: From Life to Death in 10 Hours
Written and directed by Carmen Traylor Jones, in consultation with the Tatia Oden French Foundation, "Tatia's Story: From Life to Death in 10 Hours" is a documentary of Tatia Oden French and her newborn daughter, Zorah, who both died 10 hours after Tatia was induced during labor by a non-FDA approved drug called Cytotec (misoprostol).
This educational documentary is not only a tribute to Tatia and her daughter, but to all mothers and babies who have lost their lives during childbirth because they weren't given the chance to provide FULLY-informed consent to the treatments they receive. Through this documentary, we hope to educate moms-to-be and their families about the dangerous practice of prescribing non-FDA approved drugs to pregnant women, and empower them to make fully informed decisions throughout their childbirth experience.
