Roberto de Vicq and Douglas Riccardi will give participants an opportunity to explore the world of food and hospitality branding. This intensive workshop will marry theory and practice — while developing a concept, analyzing competition, devising a treatment, logo, and palette and designing menus and collateral materials, students will also hear best practices and insights gathered through the instructors’ many years of work in this field.
Field trips are also planned to the fabulous vintage menu collections at the NYPL and to Louise Fili's studio which will allow for further informal discussion both with the instructors as well as other participants.
