Sometimes when we begin a healing diet, we're have to leave out foods that we were used to eating...which causes us to spend a lot of time experimenting and worrying about what to eat instead. We find that a lot of allergen-free packaged foods aren't as healthy as we'd like, but we don't want to spend all day in the kitchen. Even if we've been following a healing eating plan for awhile, we can sometimes get into a rut, or miss foods that we used to eat way back when.
This month's Survive and THRIVE on a Healing Diet is dedicated to helping you eat healthy and satisfying foods, and enjoy food without feeling deprived or chained to your stove.
