Guests will enjoy an exclusive sneak-preview of Quagliata's new menu to be featured at the new restaurant, scheduled to open later this year. The evening's custom menu includes dishes such as asparagus toast with Parmigiano and quail egg, pea ravioli with buttered lobster and carrot, and duck with ramps, asparagus, and rhubarb.
