8:30 - 10:30pm: Opening Night Party "FLAVORS + SOUND" with Jason Hammel and Glen Kotche of Wilco, Presented by Open Table / The Virgin Hotel

10:00 - 11:00am: Biscut Bar Brunch / Morgan's on Fulton
Start your day off by digging into our always popular Saturday brunch at Morgan's on Fulton catered by Bang Bang Pies.

10:00am - 5:00pm: Taste Talks Conference / Morgan's on Fulton
*Attend ONLY with a Conference Pass, Food Enthusiast Pass or Kitchen Sink Pass.
6:00 - 8:30pm: Mother of Pearl Dinner / Local Foods @ 1427 Willow St.
Enjoy this year's dinner beginning with oysters and a wine pairing, followed by a delectable multi-course, sit-down dinner prepared by Chefs David
and Anna Posey of Elske, Jason Vincent of GIANT and RM Champagne Bar.

12:00 - 5:00pm Entry: All-Star BBQ / Entry A: 12 noon + Entry B: 2:30pm / Palmer Square
Chefs, bands and celebrities throw down their best BBQ creations at Palmer Square
