Description

Learn how to give your holiday cooking some wonderful flavors! For your holiday baking needs you can create peppermint extract, vanilla and lemon essence. Making Rose water and Lavendar water will be included in our day as well. All these great items are for you to take home or give away as unique, hand-made presents.

Location: Creamery Classroom

Class Fee: Members $65, including lunch. Non-members $75, including lunch. All materials included. Requires advance registration, limited to 6 participants.

Please bring an apron or comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty.


Your workshop includes a delicious boxed lunch and you will find the menu listed below. Please choose Option I, II, or III and email your choice by October 18th to t.glisson@farmersmuseum.org. If no choice is made, choice I will be ordered for you.

OPTION I: Ham & Swiss with lettuce, tomato, and onion on a wheat wrap

OPTION II: Turkey & Cheese with lettuce, tomato, and onion on a wheat wrap

OPTION III: Veggie Wrap-Hummus & assorted vegetables on a spinach wrap

All lunches include a bag of chips, apple, cookie, and bottled water.
