Join us at Cork Wine & Grille on Friday, November 8th for our annual TASTE OF REDWATER! Meet the amazing Chefs from ALL 8 RedWater Restaurants under one roof - Boatwerks Waterfront Restaurant, Reds at Thousand Oaks, Gravity Taphouse Grille, Cork Wine & Grille, Vintage Prime & Seafood, FireRock Grille, RedRock Grille, and Rush Creek Bistro! Enjoy live music by Oxymorons, and sample brews, wines & delicious bites from our fall menus!


  • UNLIMITED FOOD SAMPLES - Taste appetizers, entrees & desserts prepared onsite by the Chefs from all 8 RedWater Restaurants & RedWater's Pastry Chef.

  • WINE SAMPLES - Enjoy a great selection of red & white wines.

  • BEER SAMPLES - Sample craft beers & ciders from multiple breweries, including Founders, Bell's Brewery, Atwater Brewery, Ludington Bay Brewing Co., Saugatuck Brewing Co. & Farmhaus Ciders.

Cork Wine & Grille will be open during normal business hours if you would like to come early or join us at the bar prior to the event!

Enjoy music from 6-10pm, food & beverage sampling will be available from 6-9pm, and cocktails will be available at cash bar from 6-10pm.


TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & REQUIRED FOR EVENT ENTRY. ID REQUIRED FOR BEER SAMPLES, WINE SAMPLES & CASH BAR.

BOATWERKS WATERFRONT RESTAURANT:

  • Smoked Whitefish Dip - With pita chips, sundried tomato pesto & micro greens.
  • Garlic & Rosemary Rubbed Salmon - With orange gastrique, wild rice
  • Butternut Squash Trottole - Gourmet mushroom blend, Brussels sprout leaves, roasted butternut cream sauce, crispy prosciutto, shaved Parmesan


CORK WINE & GRILLE:

  • Mexican Street Corn Dip [v] - Roasted sweet corn, jalapenos, lime juice, cotija cheese, cilantro, El Milagro tortilla chips
  • Crispy Chicken - Brined & breaded chicken, swiss, bread & butter pickles, garlic aioli, shredded lettuce, slider bun
  • Beef Tips - Tenderloin tips sautéed with onions, peppers & mushrooms in a gorgonzola-infused demi-glace, served with green beans & purple potatoes


FIREROCK GRILLE:

  • Irish Burger Sliders - Angus beef patty, Irish cheddar, stout caramelized onions, whiskey & black pepper aioli
  • Crab Dip Pretzels - Hot Chesapeake Bay crab dip, warm soft pretzel bites
  • FireRock Roasted Vegetables [v, gf] - Roasted fall vegetables, rosemary brown butter, sweet potato puree


GRAVITY TAPHOUSE:

  • When Pigs Fly! - Crispy fried pork wings sweet & spicy maple-chipotle glaze
  • Tuna Poke - Ahi tuna, scallions, peppers, cider-miso dressing, toasted sesame crostini
  • Mushroom Bruschetta [v] - Brown butter roasted mushroom blend, garlic & herb cheese spread, Founders Rubaeus-balsamic reduction, scallions, grilled baguette


REDROCK GRILLE:

  • Queso Blanco Dip [v] - A bubbling blend of white cheeses & fire roasted green chilies with house made tortilla chips
  • Three Little Pigs - Slow roasted & pulled pork, applewood smoked ham & crisp bacon served on a slider bun with our house made coleslaw & BBQ
  • Boursin Chicken [gf] - Roasted boneless chicken breast, sweet potato, Brussels sprouts & bacon hash, Boursin cream sauce


REDS AT THOUSAND OAKS:

  • Creamy Brie Dip [v] - Rice crackers, sliced apples, cranberry relish
  • Short Ribs - Burgundy braised, rosemary polenta, fried onions
  • Kettle Chip Crusted Walleye - Mediterranean pilaf, Meyer lemon aioli


RUSH CREEK BISTRO:

  • Beet Salad [v, gf] - Swiss chard, pickled beet, roasted shallot, dried apricot, toasted pepitas, goat cheese, white balsamic vinaigrette
  • Beef & Broccolini [gf] - Marinated tenderloin, broccolini, long grain rice, sesame garlic sauce, scallion
  • Smoked Cheddar Mac - Cavatappi pasta, smoky cheese sauce, panko-Parmesan crust & bacon crumble, scallions


VINTAGE PRIME & SEAFOOD:

  • Scallops - Seared scallops, crispy pork belly, saffron risotto, Olli Spanish-style chorizo & Reggiano chips, arugula pistou
  • Lobster Bisque - Traditionally prepared with lobster stock, cream, poached lobster, chive crème fraîche
  • Prime Meatballs - House ground prime steak meatballs stuffed with truffled pecorino, served in an herbed Champagne cream, toasted ciabatta


REDWATER DESSERTS:

  • Pumpkin Cheesecake - Pumpkin spiced cheesecake with a graham cracker crust
