Description

The Institute of Culinary Education invites you to join us for three one-hour demos celebrating the beauty of Korean cuisine. During these sessions you will explore the basics and indispensable staples of Korea’s culinary traditions from ubiquitous banchans to tofu specialties and fermented Jangs to traditional tea service and Korean confectionery—all of which you will sample and all of which are integral part of Korean culture.
