Cordially Invites You to a Korean Cooking Demonstration & Home-cooked Dinner

What you can expect from the program

  • Find out about the amazing health benefits of Korean food while you enjoy homemade Korean dinner including dessert.
  • Participants will receive recipes to take home and free books on Korean history and culture will be available .
  • After the demonstration, we will show short documentaries on Korea.

Demonstrationof vegetarian Tradition in Korea: Bibimbap (rice with mixed veggies), Japchae (potato starch noodles with mixed veggies), Dubu jorim (Soybean curd in braising sauce), Namool (Green side dishes)

Menu: Meat Dish (Bulgogi, Jeyuk Bokkeum or Jjimdak), Japchae, Bibimbap, Korean

Pancake, Kimchi Salad, Seafood Salad

Dessert: Sikhye (Fermented rice punch), Rice Cake, Ginger Cookie, Honey Glazed Walnut

No refunds are available for cancelling the class, only credit towards another Taste of Korea class. We have a firm 72-hour cancellation policy. If you let us know ahead of this window, we’d be happy to move you to another event.
