Today, as a young food entrepreneur with a successful local start-up, Hiyaw is creating new delicious memories for New Yorkers with a line of small-batch prepared foods that showcase the traditions and sublime flavors of Ethiopia. Join us tonight and learn about this fascinating, underappreciated cuisine while showing your support for Hiyaw’s brand of authentic, ready-to-eat meals.

On the Menu: Chicken Stew (Doro Wet); Savory Cabbage & Carrots with Turmeric (Yatakilt); Ethiopian Flat Bread (Injera); Sweet Potatoes & Shiitake Mushrooms (Sambossa).
