Menu

You will be welcome with your choice of wine, beer or a Salvadoran, non-alcoholic pineapple beverage. (Two beers limit per person)

Appetizer 1: Cheese pupusa with tomato sauce and curtido. Pupusas are El Salvador’s national dish! The word “pupusa” derives from the Nahuat language and it has two possible meanings, either “stuffed” or “puffy,” perhaps in reference to the fillings and how pupusas puff up after cooked.

Appetizer 2: Shrimp cocktail with pink sauce, served with saltine crackers. With the Pacific Ocean and Gulf of Fonseca coastlines reaching over 200 miles, we are lucky to enjoy a variety of succulent and tasty seafood dishes all year-round. This dish is one of the many seafood appetizers we serve in El Salvador.

Main course: Chicken in alguashte sauce, served with Salvadoran rice. Alguashte means ground pumpkin seeds. This delicious powder is the base for this fresh and tasty tomato sauce that transforms the chicken into a delectable and juicy dish.

Desserts: Enjoy these iconic Salvadoran desserts! Semita de pina -Crispy pineapple-filled pastry, Leche poleada -Vanilla custard/pudding
