Tastes of Barbados
The cornerstone of any island nation’s culture, especially Barbados, is its rich and varied food. With this menu I aim to share a bit of my Bajan heritage with you and lead you on an exploration through a day in the sunny island paradise of Barbados through its vibrant and unique cuisine. From the sweet tropical fruits and juices to the savory meats and pastries, we’ll lead you on your journey to partake in the tastes of Barbados.

*On Arrival each Patron will be presented with
a small basket of traditional Bakes and Coconut bread and a cup of sorrel
A common light meal of flying fish on a bed of stew peas and rice and a gravy. Flying fish can alternatively be served with Cou Cou
Bouquet of native fruits like Mango, banana, soursop, and passion fruit with a cup of Bajan rum punch made with Mount Gay rum.
The main course of Curry Goat and macaroni pie with a side of steamed veggies and salad. A side of salt bead on the side. Served with either Rum or Mauby
Allow time to digest with a plate of fish cakes and Sorrel or Rum Punch
Traditional Conkie dessert - Coconut/cinnamon/sugar/ nutmeg
