Taskforce 2023

About this Event

As EAPS approaches its 40th anniversary in 2023, we ought to ensure that we are still optimally organized and positioned to stay at—or define—the leading edge of what we do. If we were to create a department today, how would we do it and what would it look like?

Divided into three topical working groups, EAPS Task Force 2023 has spent the last many months conducting surveys of the community, convening special meetings and workshops, and evaluating other MIT departments and peer institutions to see what works and what does not.

This is where we need YOU. We’re looking to the entire EAPS community to attend a two-day retreat at the Kendall Marriott where the working groups will present their findings and solicit your input for final recommendations.

Beyond the presentations and individual break-out sessions, the task force retreat promises to be an important community-building event. Please join us in reimaging the department for the future.
