The Tapestry of Talent Fiber Art Fashion show is back! The event is a fundraiser for the SW Women's Fiber Arts Collective (SWFAC) and features wearable fiber art and accessories. The fiber art fashions made by members of SWFAC showcase one-of-a-kind designs constructed especially for the event.
The show will be held Saturday, April 15, 2023 with doors opening at 1:30 pm at the historic Silco Theater located at 311 N. Bullard St. in downtown Silver City. Handwoven garments, knits, silks, and accessories are made especially for this event.
Funds raised by the event will go to support classes, outreach to the community, and sales events. The fashions in the show will have a wide price range and some items will not be for sale. The sale items will be available to purchase immediately after the show.
There will be three gift basket drawings in addition to the show, and the wonderful fiber art educational boards that have been well received by the public.
